Purchasing from www.revbikes.co.nz
The Rev Bike Company Ltd offers customers convenient and secure purchasing. Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online system (SSL) with MasterCard and Visa transaction facilities. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction.
Pricing
All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars. Payments from customers outside of New Zealand are required to be in New Zealand Dollars. We do not accept any other currency. Your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. The Rev Bike Company Ltd will not cover the cost of these charges or accept responsibility for any currency conversion charges.
We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
GST (Goods and Services Tax)
For New Zealand delivery addresses, all prices are New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax at 15%) inclusive unless otherwise stated.
Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. The name that will appear on cardholder/bank statements will be The Rev Bike Company Ltd.
The Rev Bike Company Ltd uses Stripe for its online credit card transactions, providing a safe and secure online payment service.
Payments are processed in real-time
The Rev Bike Company Ltd does not have access to your full card number, the credit card payment is secured by Stripe.
Transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre

Returns Policy
Rev Bikes offers a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if items purchased don’t fit or the items are damaged/faulty upon receipt. Please note there are no returns on bikes. See below for warranty issues.
Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind.
Goods must be returned with 7 days of receipt.
Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised.
Refunds and exchanges will only be offered on full priced items only.
Items on sale or discontinued items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Goods must be un-used and in original undamaged packaging.
Freight charges on returns are non-refundable.
Here's what you need to do:
1. You MUST email us on info@revbikes.co.nz prior to sending the product back to us and wait until you have received a confirmation email with a returns number. Please include a note stating the purchasers name, address, e-mail address and order number if known. If no returns number is obtained prior to us receiving the returned product(s), then we are unable to issue a credit note or refund.
2. Please ship the items to us with a courier that provides a ‘signature required on delivery’ option. Please retain a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement or refund.

Warranty Issues:
Repair or replace - If the returned product is still under warranty then the repair or replacement will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however, the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer. In some cases we may not be able to repair or replace your product due to availability or discontinuation of that particular line.

Our Legal Obligations:
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold in New Zealand. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.

You the customer, are responsible for your own use of this website.
You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from our site for public or commercial purposes.
You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our service or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with other use of this service.
